Here you find screenshots from C-filter labels (FAM, HEX,TET) analyzed with DS-32 spectral, an unsupported combination. 
  • Supported DS-32 run would be FAM, JOE and NED with ROX labeled size standard.
  • In this example run we analyzed FAM, HEX, and TET labeled fragments in a DS-32 run.

Conclusions:

  • FAM, HEX and TET are not compatible together in filter DS-32 run!

  • HEX alone OK - use green channel in GeneMapper

  • TET alone OK - use blue or green channel in GeneMapper
