Submit Sequencing order

•  Download Sequencing Sample submission form to your computer.
•  Fill form completely:
  •  Your name.
  •  Your customer number >> shown in SequencingBrowser.
  •  Institute or lab you are working in.
  •  Contact e-mail address for this order.
  •  Contact telephone number for this order.
  •  Service type: Full Service or Ready-to-Run.
  •  Plate/Batch Name: Name of this sample batch - mark same name clearly on the sample plate / strips / tubes.
  •  Fill in the sample names corresponding to your plate.
    • Do not use any special characters in sample names - use "_" or "-" as a separator if needed.
    • Max 32 characters.
  •  Fill in the the corresponding Customer number(s).
    • Automatic e-mail is sent to person identified here.
  •  Fill in the length of the DNA template (PCR products).
    • BigDye dilution factor is based on this information (Full Service only)
    • Options: PCR less than 200bp - PCR 200-500bp - 500-800 bp - more than 800 bp
  •  Select the annealing temperature for you reactions (Full Service only).
•  Send completely filled  form as an e-mail attachment to sequencing(at)ktl.fi
•  Bring or send your samples to SeqLab sample fridge >> see Deliver samples.

  •  Sample delivery method - so we know where to look for the samples.
  •  Plate Name: Name of the plate - mark same clearly name on the sample plate.
  •  Plate Barcode: type in the barcode of the plate.
  •  Fill in the sample names by columns.
    • Do not use any special characters in sample names - use "_" or "-" as a separator if needed.
    • Max 32 characters.
  •  Fill in the the corresponding Panel(s) information (optional).
    • Used by Genemapper software.
•  Send completely filled  form as an e-mail attachment to sequencing(ät)ktl.fi
•  Bring or send your samples to SeqLab sample fridge >> see Deliver samples.
