Dye set G5 (DS-33) is default in fragment analysis. Colors of the table refer to the colors used by Genemapper and GeneMarker software. Please contact SeqLab staff if you have any special requirements concerning dyes or fragments longer than 500 bp. VIC, NED and PET dyes are available only from Applied Biosystems. |

| SeqLab does not
support other dye sets than G5 and D (and D**) with ABI3730xl DNA Analyzer
by default. In some cases it is
possible to use other dye sets with limitations (not all dyes, not
overlapping in size).
